Grilled Kingfish Steaks
Generally, I choose kingfish to make fish steak as it is fleshy, juicy, and flavourful. It tastes great if fried, but if you want to make it more healthy, I would recommend grilled kingfish steak. It is a protein-rich food for those who exercise regularly. It is also very easy to make and at the same time, it is healthy and tasty as well. My kids always prefer fried fish but my husband loves the grilled version! So I thought I’d share the recipe Grilled Kingfish Steaks
Grilled kingfish steaks are a delicious and easy-to-make seafood dish that is perfect for a summer barbecue. Kingfish, also known as king mackerel, is a type of fish with a firm texture and a rich, flavorful taste. When grilled, the kingfish becomes tender and moist, with a crispy exterior.
To make you will need a few simple ingredients: olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and a selection of herbs and spices. Simply mix a marinade of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and your choice of herbs and spices, and then marinate the kingfish steaks for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Grill the steaks over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a crispy exterior.
