I always like my fried chicken to be unbelievably juicy and crunchy, so you can expect the same from this recipe. We also use a whole lot of garlic to cook the fried chicken and make sure it absorbs the light spice and saltiness that comes from the ingredient.

As for our other spices, a bit of black pepper, parsley, and salt can do wonders in providing a wholesome flavor to the white meat. How to make Butter Garlic Fried Chicken

Spatchcock the chicken – So we will need to split the chicken open with either some scissors or a knife. Put Knorr Liquid Seasoning all over the chicken, and you could also use some ground black pepper for this.

Marinating – Let this stay for a good 30 minutes.

Mixing oil and garlic – Put 1 cup of cooking oil, and your garlic in a small pot. Then cook this using low heat till the garlic becomes a golden brown shade.

Filtering the garlic – Use a kitchen strainer for this, and then just set the toasted garlic aside. Also, keep the oil left for later use.

Once the marinating process is up, you can dredge your chicken in flour, and coat it entirely with this. Wait for 10 minutes so that our flour stays intact.

Heating the oil – As we wait, we can go ahead, and pour our garlic oil and 2 cups of cooking oil into a pot. Heat this until it reaches 325°F.

Deep-frying – You can put your chicken in the pot as well, and deep-fry this for about 13 to 16 minutes.

Melting butter – Get your butter, and place it in your saucepan for melting. Then you can add salt, ground black pepper, and parsley. Turn off the heat, and incorporate just a bit of water.

Adding the mixture to the chicken – Now you can just spoon the butter mixture onto the chicken. Top this off with your toasted garlic.
