Banana oat Muffins

The best banana nut muffins are moist, not too sweet, and full of chopped walnuts and raisins. I love that they are also easy to make with just a few ingredients. This recipe is versatile; you can easily substitute other dried fruits or nuts for the raisins and walnuts if you like. These muffins are perfect for breakfast on the go or as an afternoon snack

If time and waistline allowed, I could wake up every morning to the smell of fresh muffins baking in the oven, especially these Banana Nut Muffins!
This quick and easy muffin recipe is based on our favorite banana bread, with a cup of chopped nuts and a dash of coffee.
Why coffee? One tip I learned from the guru of all things dessert is that modern optical ingredients like banana, coffee, and chocolate go well together. A dash of coffee brightens up the banana-flavored muffins.
If you want to go full tropical, swap out the nuts for chocolate chips!
